HutchesonMr. Hutcheson is an Independent Pension Fiduciary that is well recognized and trusted in the world of finance, economics, and retirement plans. He is a Congressional Expert, and is recognized around the globe as a dedicated advocate of investor and plan participant rights. Following his testimony to Congress and other Federal Regulators, he has been seen on Bloomberg Television, CNN, C-SPAN and FOX NEWS. Mr. Hutcheson is regularly quoted in newspapers and magazines in multiple English speaking countries, including the United States, Great Britain, and Australia. He possesses extensive private sector experience in operations and administration of large retirement programs. Such responsibilities have included strategic planning, exercising judgment and making decisions, and being accountable for those decisions; and managing hundreds of staff, hired professionals, and other service providers in the aggregate. In 2004, Mr. Hutcheson wrote what has now become the most widely distributed paper on retirement plan economics. The paper has been studied by the White House, the General Accountability Office (GAO), members of Congress and Regulators. In March, 2007, Mr. Hutcheson testified before a full Congressional Committee hearing on retirement plan economics.Cris BordenMr. Borden is Co-Founder and Director of Kobo Wealth Conservancy and Family Office. Prior to founding Kobo, Mr. Borden was the lead Tax-Exempt Bond Portfolio Manager at Bishop Street Capital Management, a subsidiary of First Hawaiian Bank. There he was responsible for portfolio management and trading of approximately $450 million in tax-exempt assets. Under Mr. Borden’s management, the Bishop Street Hawaii Municipal Bond Fund received the Lipper award for highest total return in its class for 2001, 2002, and 2004 and maintained a 4 and 5 star Morningstar rating during his tenure. Mr. Borden spent much of his time advising Private Banking clientele on cash management, constructing bond portfolios to minimize tax liabilities, and other investment matters. Raised in the Chicago area, Mr. Borden earned his M.B.A. in Finance at American University in Washington, D.C., and his B.A. in History from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Nicaragua and later worked on classified international projects as an analyst with the Rendon Group in Washington.
